Our patient and understanding instructors work hard to make every minute of
your instruction relevant and focused on practical, real world exercises. In
addition to our training course, we provide workshops on resume writing, job
search strategies, interviewing and communication skills to give you the tools you
need to find the job you want.
Each Per Scholas instructor is an expert educator dedicated to your success.
Our curriculum prepares you for the A+ Certification test, the industry standard
that opens the door to advancement. Once you pass, which 75% of our students do,
you are qualified for several technical and computer repair positions.
Upon graduation, our career placement officers assist with your job search from
beginning to end. In many cases, graduates find work with employers who come to
Per Scholas because of our reputation for producing high quality technicians.
The Training
Our fifteen week, full-time program combines classroom and hands-on experience
and test prep for the industry standard Comptia A+ certification. The 500+ hour
curriculum covers the assembly, configuration, installation, upgrade and repair
of personal computers, printers and copiers as well as the design, installation
and troubleshooting of networks. Instruction in Microsoft Windows operating
systems and Microsoft Office productivity software are also included. You can read
