Blair is a 2017 Per Scholas Graduate and was the class Valedictorian of the first A+ / Network+ class at the Columbus site. After graduating, she obtained a Security+ certification through self-study. Known for being a self-starter and compassionate individual, Blair has a diverse IT background that includes supporting Non-Profit organizations and other agencies in improving IT annual metrics and customer satisfaction.

Blair began her career at Battelle as a Contractor in 2018 working within the Infrastructure Department, supporting the company’s corporate employees with hardware and networking situations. In 2019, Blair was hired on Full-Time within six months of working as a Contractor. She was awarded with an Employee of the Month award the same year. In 2020, Blair was chosen as one of 10 women to receive the Battelle’s Remarkable Women award during International Women’s Month. In 2021, Blair was hired on as an IT Asset Management Analyst where she will be supporting software licensing and ServiceNow Asset Management projects.
