Brianne Yearwood is Executive Director for the National Capital Region at Per Scholas, leading regional strategy, partnerships, and resource development across Baltimore and the broader DC-Maryland-Virginia area. She works with employers, philanthropic organizations, government agencies, and community partners to expand access to high-quality technology careers while strengthening the regional workforce ecosystem and supporting inclusive economic growth.

Brianne brings over 15 years of experience in strategic partnerships and resource development across regional, national, and global platforms. She has collaborated with corporations, philanthropic institutions, nonprofit organizations, and government leaders to develop multi-sector initiatives and secure investments that expand opportunity and support community development. Prior to Per Scholas, she led programs focused on workforce growth, economic mobility, and cross-sector collaboration, building expertise in partnership strategy, program design, and stakeholder engagement.

Throughout her career, Brianne has leveraged research, data, and lived experience to design initiatives and partnerships that connect talent to opportunity. She focuses on aligning business, philanthropy, and community leadership to create scalable, sustainable impact and strengthen workforce pathways.
