Diahan is our Director, Career Advancement, at Per Scholas in Brooklyn where she coaches students in workplace essential skills. Prior to Per Scholas, Diahan worked for JPMorgan as a Team Leader in the Operations Customer Service Department for 8 years; worked for Young Adult Institute (YAI) as an Employment Training Specialist and Family Service Specialist for over 3 years; and worked for FedCap Rehabilitation Services as Job Preparation and Placement Coordinator for 1 year. It is Diahan’s desire is to assist and motivate individuals towards their goals in regards to suitable employment. She holds a Bachelors in Psychology from Brooklyn College and a Masters in School Guidance Counseling from American Public University.
