Jacqueline Ivy Hardin is the Managing Director for Per Scholas, Seattle. In this role, Jacqueline leads the strategic and programmatic direction for Per Scholas in the Seattle market. Previously, Jacqueline has led workforce development, college access, and talent development initiatives in Indiana, Florida, California, and Washington state.
Her past roles include leadership positions in nonprofit as Senior Program Manager for Get Schooled where she led the organization’s efforts to support young people as they prepare for, find, and succeed in their first jobs; in city government as Project Manager for the Mayor’s Fund for Los Angeles leading the development of an employment platform that connects young Angelenos to jobs, training, and social support services; and in corporate HR as a Human Resources Manager for Target Corporation.
Jacqueline is a three-time Americorps Alum and earned her Master of Public Administration degree from Baruch College at the City University of New York and her BA in Anthropology from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.
