Jason Skidmore is CEO and co-owner of Vernovis, a boutique consulting and recruiting firm that specializes in assisting small, mid-tier and Fortune 500 companies in finding the subject matter experts they need for critical Technology and Accounting initiatives. With a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and International Business from Bowling Green State University, Jason has over 20 years of experience as a leader in the staffing and consulting spaces. Throughout his career, Jason has been called upon to build strong operations and brands in key markets. He has accomplished this by focusing on collaborative relationships among company, team, clients and consultants. Jason is passionate about creating a positive impact and setting a new standard of collaboration and integrity in the consulting and staffing industry. He is actively engaged in the Technology communities that Vernovis serves, participating as Chair of the Executive Host Committee for the comSpark Innovation Technology Summit, sitting on the Board of Trustees for The Circuit in Cincinnati and being an Advisory Board Member for Per Scholas in Columbus. Jason has also served as a guest speaker on organizational change, talent acquisition, and leadership. Vernovis has been honored with several awards, recognizing leadership and growth, including the Cincinnati Business Courier’s 2017 Fast 55 award and a place on the Inc. 5000 list for 2 consecutive years, 2016 and 2017.
