Koby Rotstein is a workforce development consultant and more recently was a Director of Business Development at Year Up & Genesys Works.

In his consulting practice, Koby has started to work with several workforce development non-profits, providing them with strategic advice and guidance on growth and infrastructure. He is extremely skilled in identifying and developing strong relationships with new corporate partners who are open to host interns or hire underserved talent, including those formerly incarcerated.

Prior to joining Year Up Koby& consulting to GenesysWorks Koby had an extensive career in the telecom industry and has worked on complex projects involving software/hardware development, business development, account management, domestic and international sales.

Koby serves on several advisory boards and works closely with numerous organizations dedicated to help reduce recidivism including: a culinary arts program, a software development training program geared for those returning home, and a group that has created a movement that transforms the lives of nonviolent offenders by recruiting, training, educating and providing them with placement in the fitness industry.

Koby graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in Electrical Engineering, BSEE.
