Libby is the Founder and Principal at Empowering Work Advisors, a consulting firm that delivers workforce development for the clean energy sector. She is passionate about creating equitable access to successful careers, whether in tech, offshore wind, or skilled trades. Libby spent 10 years working in the clean energy industry including at National Grid, the Clinton Foundation and in energy finance, before transitioning into workforce development where she managed Brooklyn Workforce Innovations’ data cable training program. She attended Brown University and earned her MBA from MIT Sloan. She also serves on the Board of Cypress Hills Childcare Corporation. Libby brings fundraising and strategic planning skills to her role at Per Scholas.
