Lisa Amaker is a principled nonprofit leader with 20+ years of experience managing and growing nonprofits. She is most proud of her work to ensure others have access to the food, services, and education needed to increase safety and opportunity, improve social determinants of health, and amplify marginalized voices toward liberation. Lisa’s recent roles have included Vice President of Development at Planned Parenthood, SE, Director of Development at Black Feminist Future, and Director Corporate and Foundation Relations at Agnes Scott College. Lisa earned a BA from Agnes Scott College and an MA in Philanthropic Studies from the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy at IUPUI. Lisa is a proud caretaker of rescued creatures, and currently shares her home with a cat (Pixie Galore).
