Dr. Lydia Killos brings to Per Scholas over 25 years of experience with research, measurement and evaluation. She led a team of statisticians and evaluators in the procurement and management of over $275 million dollars in federal and philanthropic grant funding to IDEA Public Schools charter K-12 education network.
Lydia earned her PhD in Research Psychology with an emphasis on statistical modeling from the University of Virginia, where she held an IES Fellowship and faculty position. She has taught social psychology and research methods in the health sciences at James Madison University and Nova Southeastern University. Prior to joining Per Scholas, Lydia was a Strategic Data Fellow with Harvard University’s Center for Education Policy Research (CEPR). She continues to advise CEPR data fellows in research methods and evaluation best practices.
Lydia lives in Charlottesville, VA where she enjoys swimming, paddle boarding and walking with her dog.
