Sid Ross has some three decades of experience in workforce development, organizational leadership, and adult learning. He has extensive experience as a facilitator and as a teacher-trainer. Before coming to Per Scholas, he served Grace Institute as its senior director of program, where he oversaw the Training and Education, Admissions and Recruitment, and Participant Assistance departments. Prior to joining Grace, Sid was the director of academics at Year Up, New York, where he worked closely with the leadership team and national staff to maintain and strengthen the quality of Year Up’s educational program as it grew to scale.  Sid is a graduate of Teachers College, Columbia University, and lives in Long Island City with his wife, Lori, and daughter Rachel.
