Prior to joining Per Scholas, Stephanie led a successful diversity recruitment and workforce development program for Dallas-Fort Worth-based non-profit, North Texas LEAD for over 8 years. She counts her greatest accomplishments at LEAD as leading the development of a strategic plan using Malcolm Baldrige Award-winning principles, surpassing 1,100 program hires, and elevating the profile of the organization through numerous corporate-community partnerships in North Texas.

Prior to LEAD, Stephanie gained corporate experience from Randstad, the world’s second-largest HR service provider, and Millward Brown, a multinational market research firm.

Stephanie has a B.A. in Mass Communication from Texas State University. As a North Dallas native, she returned to her hometown after college where she now resides with her husband, two children and rescue dog. In her downtime, she enjoys dining at new restaurants and is a contributing food blogger.
