As Senior Director, Development, Terri is responsible for leading the strategy development and execution of an innovative, diversified funding model across Per Scholas’ 5 Southern Region markets (Atlanta, Baltimore, National Capital Region, North Carolina, Orlando) and coaching local market development teams to achieve annual revenue targets through strategic prospect cultivation, high quality proposal development, accurate and compelling reporting and stewardship. She joined Per Scholas in 2021 and has spent the past 20+ years leading advancement teams for a variety of nonprofit organizations including the American Red Cross, YMCA and Beech Brook in Cleveland, OH, where she built successful foundation relations, major gifts, donor relations and board development programs. Ever the optimist, Terri is a loyal Cleveland Browns fan and knows that one day they’ll make it to the Superbowl. She lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband and dog.
