Will Harbaugh is the Global Lead for Client Service in Derivatives Clearing at J.P. Morgan. He joined the firm in London in 2007 and has held several leadership roles in Clearing including EMEA Head of Sales & Marketing and Global Business Manager. Will has been active with Global Philanthropy at JPMC, a member of their first Service Corps program in Detroit in 2014 and a member of Per Scholas’s New York Advisory Board since 2017. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Will worked for 10 years in the steel industry in Detroit, New York and Sydney Australia. He has a BA in English Literature from Miami University in Ohio and a MBA from London Business School.
