As Chief Inspiration Officer at Winslow Consulting, Winslow Swart has helped executives on three continents in small, medium, and large firms successfully meet the challenges of strategic planning, team and culture building, leadership development and business performance.

Mr. Swart holds a B.A. in Organizational Psychology, an M.A. in Administration and Organizational Development, a Phd honoris causa in Organizational Leadership and has completed continuing education in Leadership at the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business.

Mr. Swart serves on The University of The Incarnate Word’s MAA Advisory Board and is an adjunct professor of organization development and change. Winslow has lectured on entrepreneurial leadership at the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands, at Google Tel Aviv, Israel, and at colleges and universities in the U.S. including Trinity’s Entrepreneurship program and UTSA’s Executive MBA program.

Winslow is also a published author and columnist in the fields of startup entrepreneurship and organizational development. Winslow’s work as a technology startup founder and as an organizational development professional, having served a broad range of industries’ capacity building needs, has brought him to Per Scholas.

Technology, education, and workforce development have been amongst the verticals his work has been focused upon and the past few years has provided the tool-kit with even more opportunities for professional development and growth. Specifically, Winslow has managed teams of full-stack and web developers while also providing platform architecture and UI/UX design leadership.

Since the pandemic, he has re-configured and facilitated leadership training and development to fully remote, as well as hybrid, formats and as chair of social impact boards, has conducted numerous remote team work-sessions and community events. Winslow is excited to be a part of the Per Scholas team.
