David Sobol is Partner and Chief Operating Officer at ExB Group that provides global operations infrastructure and support to affiliated investment entities. ExB Group strategic affiliates manage complementary, mission-aligned investment strategies and are led by separate, dedicated founding partners and teams, all of whom are long-time colleagues and collaborators. David is responsible for managing ExB Group’s business operations.

Prior to joining ExB Group, David was the Chief Operating Officer at Vatic Labs, Chief Operating Officer and former General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Moon Capital Management LP, served as Counsel at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, and an Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. David holds a B.A. from Georgetown University and a J.D. from New York University School of Law. He lives in Manhattan with his two daughters.
