Liz Moran brings 16 years of fundraising experience to Per Scholas. With a background in both individual and institutional giving, she has been responsible for identifying, cultivating and soliciting funders at two prominent New York City cultural institutions; Museum of the Moving Image and The Lower East Side Tenement Museum. Most recently, she led the event and individual giving efforts at NYC’s foremost professional learning organization for educators, Teaching Matters. Before she was a development professional, she worked in the Business Affairs department at Penguin Young Readers Group. A dynamic relationship-builder for her entire career, Liz remains enthusiastic about being part of the nonprofit community and is committed to working for organizations that empower those who face systemic barriers to success. She holds a BS from Boston University’s College of Communication.
