Hi I’m Misty! I graduated Rutgers University with my B.A. in Psychology and African Studies, and I am a McNair Scholar Alumni! I attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign for my Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Studies, but after a short stay I realized it was not the path for me. I returned to Jersey and engulfed myself in Newark’s Cycle 5 Cybersecurity bootcamp.

Technology has always been a love of mine and I am so excited to use my journey as a way to pay it forward!

Per Scholas Summer Break

To recognize the hard work and commitment of our full Per Scholas team, Per Scholas will be closed from June 30th through July 4, 2025.
