Theron’s professional career expands over a decade of various experiences in nonprofit executive management, adult high school administration, workforce development, k-12 education programs, higher education services, account management, customer service, and sales.
Theron has a passion for people and servant leadership. He currently resides in Brownsburg, Indiana (west suburbs of the city of Indianapolis) with his wife Jordan.

To recognize the hard work and commitment of our full Per Scholas team, Per Scholas will be closed from June 29, through July 3, 2026.
