Tyrone has been with non-profit workforce development for almost 6 years in a couple of different capacities from working in Operations, Program, and Internship Services. In his most recent role, he partnered with Bank of America across 16 locations sites to ensure successful onboarding of 250 Bank of America interns and drive performance management processes to ensure positive outcomes. He comes to Per Scholas excited for a new opportunity to learn more about workforce development and serve alongside our staff! Tyrone was born and raised in Boston and has a heart for professional development. After graduating from Babson College with a bachelor’s degree in business, he volunteered for a year with City Year on their civic engagement team where he planned volunteer days for corporate partners in Boston Public Schools. He is still connected with the organization and still volunteers with them. Secondly, Tyrone is youth minister at his local church where he has been leading that ministry for 6 years. Other pastime activities include reading, going on hikes, and spending time with his younger brother.
