Sarah joined Per Scholas in August 2017 as part of the Development team focusing on the NY and NJ regions. In her new role, Sarah will be administering Salesforce to move data architecture forward, assist with upkeep of platforms, provide technical plans to business teams, perform maintenance, manage future integrations, conduct trainings, and much more.

Sarah has over ten years of institutional fundraising and grant writing experience for nonprofit organizations in New Jersey and New York City. Prior to joining the Per Scholas team, Sarah served as Senior Grant Writer for CAMBA, a multi-service nonprofit organization in Brooklyn. There she personally secured over $30 million in funding support from both public and private sources and helped develop new evidence-based programs for a wide range of under-served populations – from new mothers to LGBTQ youth to immigrant small business owners. Sarah’s passion for working with under-served communities started while studying at Fordham University. While pursuing a double major in English and Women’s Studies, Sarah volunteered with local women’s organizations like Women In Need and the Concourse House. Sarah lives in New Jersey with her fiancé and enjoys spending her free time binge-watching Netflix, traveling with friends, and dominating any conversation about Game of Thrones.
