This rigorous pre-apprenticeship program incorporates key innovations to better recognize and address the realities of women’s lives and foster faster entry into the workforce. This pilot program will provide online instruction to female-only cohorts over 15 weeks, diving deep into every aspect of software engineering - computer science, React, Node, design patterns & system architecture. Graduates will be connected with additional opportunities to continue to grow their skills, such as paid tech apprenticeships, discounted tuition or scholarships towards a Bachelor's degree, and full-time employment.
