The BlackRock Foundation’s Investment in Per Scholas Is Expanding Economic Mobility Across North Carolina

Per Scholas North Carolina and The BlackRock Foundation celebrated a major milestone: 339 North Carolinians trained in less than one year through their IT workforce training initiative. New data shows graduates are earning, on average, 2.6 times their pre-program income, representing an estimated $100 million in lifetime earnings uplift.

Per Scholas Launches Digital Navigators HRTP Program for Underrepresented Los Angeles Learners

Per Scholas has officially been selected for the Los Angeles County Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO)’s new High Road Training Partnerships (HRTP) Fund, a grant program that provides over $17 million in funding for innovative, high-quality workforce training models that are delivered through partnerships with worker-centered organizations and employers and that result in greater equity, sustainability, and job quality.
