Powering Resilience: Per Scholas, Cisco, and LISC Partner for Western North Carolina’s Economic Recovery

A little over a year after Hurricane Helene disrupted the economic fabric of Western North Carolina, the transition from immediate relief to long-term recovery is gaining momentum.
