Ans currently serves as the Head of Technology for Converse, owned by sports apparel manufacturer Nike, Inc. Over the prior 15 years she held several senior leadership roles at Fortune 100 and 500 companies in technology, cybersecurity, governance, risk, business continuity and compliance. Ans is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) as well as Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC). A passionate advocate for diversity in the field of cybersecurity, Ans actively mentors emerging cyber leaders through the Executive Women’s Forum (EWF) and Women in Cyber Security (WiCyS). She holds a Master of Arts in International Relations & Diplomacy and a Master of Public Administration from Seton Hall University as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Rutgers College.
