Barbara Ebel

Barbara has over eleven years of exceptional organization management experience and over 20 years of State service with demonstrated effectiveness in directing and managing Workforce Development programs. Ms. Ebel is also a part of the Montgomery County Workforce Investment Board, as well as the co-founder of Voice Engaging Latinos for Action, a nonprofit organization that connects Maryland Latinos to educational opportunities. Ms. Ebel holds a BA in Social Science from the University of Maryland.
