As a certified Empowerment Coach, Nonprofit Executive, Endurance Athlete, and former Educator, I am deeply committed to advancing equity, expanding access, and creating opportunities that empower individuals and communities to thrive.
Since starting my career with Teach For America in 2009, I have held leadership roles across education, workforce development, and people management in public and charter schools, nonprofits, and global tech companies. These experiences have honed my ability to drive innovation, cultivate high-performing teams, and implement strategies that lead to meaningful, sustainable impact.
I hold certifications in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University and Executive Coaching from the Academy of Creative Coaching, along with membership in the International Coaching Federation (ICF). My educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from the University of North Georgia and a Master of Science in Higher Education Management from the University of Pennsylvania.
Today, I leverage my expertise to foster inclusive leadership and organizational growth, ensuring that equity and opportunity are at the center of every initiative. Whether designing workforce development programs, mentoring emerging leaders, or collaborating on community-focused projects, my mission is to create pathways for success and uplift those around me.
