Charles joins the organization as the Manager of Product Management, Compliance, and Accessibility with 6 years of experience in quality assurance and eLearning development. He specializes in learning technology, visual design, and accessibility, ensuring curricula and other training materials comply with WCAG standards and provide a quality user experience for all. Charles received his Bachelor of Science in Media Arts and Studies, focusing in Animation with a minor in Communication Studies from Ohio University.
Outside of work, you’ll mostly find Charles playing video games and working out, as well as cooking, seeing live shows, and checking out local coffee shops and restaurants. In addition, he loves learning about the paranormal, particularly anything related to ghosts, astrology, and tarot readings.
