Dillon is public policy and workforce development professional with over a decade of experience leading research, advocacy, and data strategy. For 11 years, he worked at Partner4Work, Pittsburgh’s local workforce development board, where he led a team focused on shaping policy, analyzing labor market trends, and turning data into actionable insight. He holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
Dillon is based in Maine and outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, bowling, and cheering on his favorite soccer teams.
