Dr. Dwayne Brown is a Client Account Leader for Global Financial Services Clients at Accenture LLP, where he serves as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and steers strategic initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence. Dwayne brings over 15 years of experience in Operational Risk Management, Accounting Operations, and Process Reengineering and Optimization.

He holds a PhD in Organizational Development and Change from Fielding Graduate University, with a research focus on financial inclusion and social finance. Dwayne earned a BA in Accounting and Public Relations from the State University of New York at Geneseo and an MBA from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School.

Deeply committed to community engagement, Dwayne serves on the DC Coalition for the Homeless board and is an active member of 100 Black Men of America and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. He is passionate about creating meaningful, sustainable impact in business and society through inclusive leadership and transformational change.
