Lakshmi Rao serves as a Director of the Prime Brokerage Division at Barclays Investment Bank. She is a Product Manager focused on developing a scalable platform – combining systems, processes and people, to deliver best-in-class client experience. Before moving to New York in the summer of 2018, she worked in a variety of roles within the Equities / Prime businesses and Operations in Barclays’ London and Singapore offices. Lakshmi has an engineering degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She champions citizenship initiatives, particularly those focusing on employability and diversity.
