Paul Bajus is the Head of U.S. Retail Solutions & Service at TD Bank, where he leads the strategic direction and execution of the bank’s U.S. retail franchise. In this role, Paul focuses on delivering advice-driven banking solutions and strengthening the client and colleague experience across TD’s retail network. His responsibilities include guiding retail distribution strategy, supporting frontline transformation, and driving operational alignment across the organization’s retail businesses.

Prior to his current role, Paul served as Chief of Staff in the Office of the U.S. CEO at TD Bank, where he advised senior leadership on strategic planning, enterprise priorities, and operational improvement initiatives. Earlier, he led TD’s U.S. Contact Center operations, overseeing thousands of colleagues across multiple business lines and supporting millions of client interactions annually. Before joining TD in 2020, Paul spent more than two decades at Wells Fargo in progressive senior leadership roles, including overseeing specialized contact centers and leading large-scale transformation initiatives focused on customer experience, technology modernization, and organizational performance.

Paul’s career reflects a long-standing focus on leadership development, operational excellence, and service. He served for 15 years in the U.S. Army, both as an enlisted soldier and as a commissioned officer. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Edinboro University and completed the ABA National School of Bankcard Management at the University of Delaware. Paul has also contributed to community organizations and previously served on several nonprofit and educational boards.
