Shahparan serves as Per Scholas’ Product Development team leader, leading the development efforts of our training programs to train 10,000 learners annually in the next five years in various technical domains. In his role, Shahpran provides strategy, planning, and oversight across all aspects of product development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our training offerings. He also offers technical insight into the training demand, training design, and learning experience for our learners.

He brings over 10 years of experience in software development, system engineering, and technical support. At Per Scholas, Shahparan taught Full stack Java Developer and Data Engineering training courses in his previous role. He transitioned into a product development leadership role in 2020 after serving Per Scholas in technical instruction for two years. He strategized and formed the current state of our product development team ground up as we scale and grow as an organization.

Shahparan is a computer science graduate and a recipient of the German Scholarship for Higher Studies. Shahparan currently lives in New York City with his wife and two children.
