I’m a passionate nonprofit leader and proud Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) who thrives at the intersection of impact, strategy, and storytelling. I’ve spent my career building programs that empower people, whether through workforce development, small business support, or financial literacy, and I’m always chasing bold, community-driven outcomes. My leadership has been honored with several awards, including the City of Phoenix MLK “Living the Dream” Award, Titan 100 Top CEO recognition, and the Black Wall Street Community Leadership Award, a reflection of both my organizational impact and commitment to community equity. I also serve as a Commissioner with the Phoenix Women’s Commission, where I chair the Pay Equity Sub-Committee, advocating for gender and racial equity in our city. When I’m not writing grants or leading initiatives, I’m writing books, three motivational titles so far, and spending time with my American Bulldog, Kingston, who proudly runs the house. I believe in the power of purpose, partnership, and a little bit of fierce joy in the process.
