Sherrie Brown is a strategic Human Resources Business Partner with nearly 20 years of experience helping organizations align people strategy with business goals. She currently supports executive leaders at a health insurance company, where she specializes in workforce planning, organizational design, employee relations, and leadership development.

Sherrie is deeply passionate about creating people-first environments where individuals feel empowered, heard, and supported. Her work is rooted in building meaningful relationships, fostering inclusive cultures, and delivering practical, results-driven solutions.

Outside of her corporate role, Sherrie is committed to advancing equity and opportunity through service. She mentors a high school student through iMentor, helping guide the next generation toward success. A Baltimore native, Sherrie is also a world traveler, plant lover, and self-proclaimed foodie who believes in living fully and giving generously.
