Stephani Peterson joins Per Scholas as the Director, Talent Solutions after spending 8+ years at a firm dedicated to staffing the nonprofit sector. With a passion for helping others, Stephani has always found herself working in and with the nonprofit sector serving underrepresented communities. Starting as a Recruiter in Washington, DC, she worked her way up to Senior Manager of the Chicago Headquarters, and ultimately worked remotely as an Account Executive, Client Services the last 5 years. Stephani has a passion for building connections, while helping job seekers find meaningful employment and helping hiring managers find outstanding dedicated employees.
