Tabatha holds an SHRM-SCP designation, an M.S. in Organizational Leadership, and has 15 years of experience in both local and national HR roles. Her favorite areas of practice are employee engagement and compensation and benefits, but she also fancies herself a Jill of All Trades! She believes there is no single path to successful leadership and is always looking for ways to pull insights from multiple disciplines into great HR strategy. When she’s not being her best HR self, she is usually traveling with her family, planning her next big trip, or talking about travel. She is always accepting travel advice, great book recommendations, and ideas on how to keep a toddler busy on a plane!
