Jessica (or Jess, as everyone eventually comes to know her), is an enthusiastic recruiter with a love for identifying and placing the perfect candidate. Getting her start in agency recruitment, she learned early on how rewarding it can be to support people in their job search. She made the move in-house after realizing that there were greater opportunities to build meaningful relationships with applicants and clients, alike. Now, at Per Scholas, she can apply her people-centric approach to prospective and incoming scholars at every stage of the Admissions process.
