National Remote Tech Equipment Required
In order for National Remote learners to be able to adequately access all course materials, applicants must have uninterrupted access to a device that meets the minimum technical requirements below.
Minimum Computer Requirements
If your computer does not meet the minimum requirements, you may still be eligible for select courses with VDI support outlined in the next section.

Eligible With VDI
Learners in select training tracks may still be eligible if their computer does not meet all minimum requirements listed above.
What is VDI? VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) is a virtual computer you access over the internet. Per Scholas provides VDI to eligible learners whose devices fall short of full requirements. If VDI is available for your course, staff will send setup instructions after enrollment.

Apple Silicon Mac Compatibility
Apple Silicon Mac computers include M1, M2, M3, and newer M-series devices. These computers are only supported for select courses.
