With a strong foundation in recruitment and admissions and a passion for education in all forms, I hold an undergraduate degree from George Washington University and I am currently pursuing my master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Maryland, College Park. My experience includes serving as a research assistant at Temple University, focusing on public health issues like sleep and obesity in children, and managing the program ambassador initiative at the Children’s Scholarship Fund Philadelphia, where I built valuable partnerships between schools and families. I thrive on recruitment, relationship building, and research, and I am dedicated to fostering diverse, inclusive, and equitable environments that enhance access to advancement through knowledge—especially in education and the workplace. Originally from Southern New Jersey, I enjoy binge-watching the latest series, traveling, exploring new restaurants, volunteering at my church, and helping my sister with her event planning business in my free time.
