Charly has spent over four years working in the Colorado tech industry, with experience ranging from client-facing support to database operations and process improvement. Prior to that, she worked and volunteered for several non-profit organizations centered around youth development and community organizing. At ActivateWork, Charly is excited to merge her technical experience with her ultimate passion for people and pursuing equitable access to opportunities.

Charly received a dual B.A. in Economics and Social Entrepreneurship from Creighton University and is working toward her M.A. in Sustainable Development Practice. Charly is originally from Kansas and moved to Colorado in 2018 to embrace all of the outdoor recreations that our state has to offer, especially skiing. Outside of work, Charly enjoys cooking, attending concerts, keeping up with her favorite sports teams, and spending time outside with friends as much as possible.
