
Daniel O’Donnell is the founding Site Director of Per Scholas Chicago, bringing more than a decade of experience across higher education, workforce development, and nonprofit leadership. He began his career at Indiana University, where he led enrollment management and student success initiatives, building strong foundations in operations, advising, and learner support. Daniel went on to hold key roles at Benefits Data Trust (BDT) and Merit America, where he focused on expanding access to career pathways, strengthening enrollment pipelines, and developing scalable learner support systems. He holds a Master of Science in Education (MSEd) in Adult Education and is deeply committed to advancing economic mobility and creating equitable opportunities for underrepresented learners to succeed in technology and other high-growth industries.
