Jennifer Radden has several years of experience in technology sales and nonprofit Workforce Development. She has worked as an Employment Specialist where she coached marginalized individuals to overcome barriers to employment. In this role she also developed a network of employer partnerships that aligned with the participants skills. Her most recent position was at Economic Mobility Pathways (EMPath) in Member Relations where she supported Workforce Development member organizations with their coaching practice and facilitated a Workforce Development Subgroup, a platform for members to collaborate on coaching strategies, skills training programs, and successful employer partnerships. Jen enjoys connecting with all types of people and helping them get on a path that leads to a happy fulfilling life.
