Hi everyone! I’m CeCe Mingo, a proud St. Louis native passionate about community, connection, and creating spaces where people can grow and thrive. My professional background centers around program development, community engagement, and helping others reach their fullest potential through access, opportunity, and advocacy.

I’m a graduate of the illustrious Xavier University of Louisiana—the only Catholic HBCU in existence. This November, my alma mater celebrates 100 years of contributing to a more just and humane society, and I’m truly honored to be an alumna of such a remarkable institution. My time at XULA deepened the foundation of service and community that was already instilled in me growing up in St. Louis. Outside of work, you can usually find me on a yoga mat, arranging fresh flowers, making my Motown debut at karaoke, or brushing up on fun facts for the next trivia night. I’m excited to be part of the Per Scholas family and to contribute to the incredible work we’re doing to expand access to tech careers across the region!
