Charles McKenzie currently serves as Senior Manager at Cox Communications, where he leads the architecture, business strategy, and financial management of Telemetry Platforms that collect performance, metrics, and fault data from network infrastructure and customer devices serving over +6.5 million customers. His work ensures operational excellence and reliability across Cox’s enterprise systems. Since joining Cox in 2014, Charles has held both technical and leadership roles, driving initiatives in automation, network transformation, and data modernization. Beyond his professional role, Charles is deeply committed to community engagement and leadership development. He previously served as University Relations Chair for NAMIC Atlanta, where he built corporate partnerships and organized programs to support students and young professionals in career readiness and networking. Charles holds an MBA in Management Technology from Georgia Tech and a degree in Computer Information Systems from Saint Augustine’s University.
