LaToya Ball is the Senior Vice President of People and an HR Transformation Leader with over 20 years of experience scaling organizations through operational excellence and a people-first lens. Throughout her dynamic tenure at Per Scholas, she has transitioned from regional leadership to national executive strategy. As the architect and leader of the People Success team, she leads the strategic integration of Inclusion & Culture (I&C) and People Relations Business Partnership (PRBP) to maximize the employee experience. LaToya drives people strategy and enterprise projects to ensure high engagement that directly bolsters outcomes toward the mission. A dedicated advocate for personal and professional growth, she serves on the Newark Workforce Development Board, holds dual Master’s degrees from Franklin University, and has spent over two decades leading community service initiatives.
