Cynthia has spent 15 years building revenue structures, teams, and donor portfolios across individual, institutional, government, and event fundraising. A strategist and frontline fundraiser, she has led development teams at United Way of New York City, STRIVE, and Asphalt Green. She finds her greatest joy in helping donors connect with the impact they’re making and partnering with community-centered work. When she’s not focused on philanthropy, you’ll find her baking something ambitious or walking her dog around her neighborhood.
