Josh Lieberman

Josh Lieberman serves as the Managing Director at Lambent Equity since December 2023, focusing on building innovative technology companies. Josh also serves as an Advisor to Querri, a conversational business analytics software company and serves on the Boards of Katalon, Kobiton and Visily.

Josh was a co-founder of KMS Technology, a global consulting firm with over 1,300 resources that was sold to a private equity firm in 2024. During his time at KMS, he and the team also founded 7 software companies including those he is on the board of today and QA Symphony. Josh continues to serve as an advisor to KMS Technology.

Prior to KMS Technology, Josh worked with Andersen Worldwide, Andersen Consulting and Paragon Solutions.Josh received a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Josh is happily married to his wife Dana with two children in college – Miles and Luisa.
