Dellon Garraway joins our Newark team as Manager, Career Development. He is a well-rounded program manager with years of experience in youth and career development. His previous roles included Leadership and Internship Manager, Program Coordinator, and Family Liaison within the non-profit sector. Dellon is extremely passionate about creating the blueprint for assured workforce preparedness and advancement. A top-performing leader capable of cultivating culture to foster inclusive workplace environments. He believes optimism and perseverance are key ingredients for inevitable success. Dellon is a graduate of SUNY Empire State College and a three-time recipient of the Dean’s List Award. In addition, he has interest in orchestrating local community awareness through providing volunteer opportunities. Dellon is a current resident of Newark, New Jersey and spends his free time developing Emergency Management communication plans at NJ Transit.
