Previously, Tia served as Director of Development for the National Capital Region and Baltimore, leading fundraising efforts across both markets and fostering relationships with corporate and foundation partners. Tia holds a Master’s Degree from Georgetown University in Global Hospitality Leadership, specializing in Strategic Brand & Experience, and is a graduate of Trinity Washington University’s Strategic Communication & Public Relations Program.
